Hi Watt. I heard grant is targeted for "crystal" growth. There is no doubt the DoD would perfer to have AZUR moved to Utah. It's just how milspec supply works.
It would have sense to have a grant targeting a POC based on Germany AZUR core compentencies outside of what Utah is already commerically set up for.
either way very bullish for VNP
