Quarter 2024 DividendMONTREAL, May 08, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (the “Company” or “Osisko”) (OR: TSX & NYSE) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved a second quarter 2024 dividend of C$0.065 per common share, representing a roughly eight percent increase over the previous quarterly dividend of C$0.06 per common share. This marks Osisko’s 39th consecutive quarterly dividend, which will be paid on July 15, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024. This dividend is an "eligible dividend" as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).
