RE:Wish we had merged with MagnaI agree jrj90620. I've been campaigning for a merger on this board AND on the Magna board for MONTHS.

Dundee, the largest (20%) shareholder of BOTH companies has been showing bad or at least incompetent behaviour. I wonder who is paying attention.

1) Gabriel Resources fiasco has DEMOLISHED its reputation as a mine operator.

2) The latest SPC stock issue is UNCREATIVE. Dundee missed an opportunity to progress both properties WITHOUT PENALIZING SPC SHAREHOLDERS WITH a flood of stock.

3) NO effort has been made to surface the value of Muskox. 

All this leads me to believe that DUNDEE Management/Board HAS GONE MIA.

Unfortunately for Dundee, the company LONG AGO chose to finance - therefore remain ACCOUNTABLE - in the public domain.
