RE:RE:ens premium

RE:RE:ens premiumThanks as always for your detailed message Obscure1. It's always an enlightening read.

Middlefield also runs another real estate split RS. They also did another raise on this split mid April. Yes the share price went down but even now "investors" are paying over a 15% premium to NAV on RS while ENS trades at a slight discount to NAV. I guess ENS holders are more ticked off or has been stated before "don't have a clue what they own".

I have an overweight position again thanks to the last ENS raise. Tomorrow should be very interesting when the Enbridge earnings are out.

There has been some rumours thrown around after Buffett indicated Berksire Hathaway was looking at investing in one Canadian company. With the huge volumes traded in Enbridge the last week or so could there be any credence to the idea of ENB be the company?

The other board you mentioned has really gone downhill. I used to look forward to the various posts and respectful banter. There were many useful investing thoughts from various perspectives much like the Enbrige Stockhouse board a few years ago. All it takes is one huge egotist "BB" and a few of his minions to ruin a good discussion board.
