That is called support....  To me it looks like some of these bids get moved up to market on a very regular basis, to support the price and to move it forward and upward on an organized basis.

I am very confident that there is a plan that is making this haplpen.  If the forthcoming NR has some decent financial results and the MN&A has some chunky meat in it, the first thing a new investor will look at is the market price and probably the one year chart, with 50 and 100 day moving averages.  That will tell the story!!   It incidentally looks great

We could get the financials tomorrow evening after market close could we not?

Anyway I too like to read over the MD&A especially the subsequent events section in the notes.  In previous financials it has revealed a kfw bank drawdown before it was announced in an official and separate NR at a later date. . .
