DN has higher revenues and steadier revenue growth rate.  They just need to trim the super-fat exec pay and stop the dilution of outsiders through share options handouts.

At least they stopped their "growth at any cost" approached.  They gave away a good chunk of the company for only 3 measely Garden Variety stores.  Ouch, can you say Competitor bailout at the expense of DN shareholders!

Their corporate structure is a little effed too.  They said they'd clean that up but its unchanged and still an overhang.   

They have the potential to get to REAL earnings.  But they seem content with trying to achieve positive ""adjusted" earnings.  You know, the "just enough money" kind of earnings that the Execs keep getting paid while the the balance sheet swirls down....

Well, thats enough of what I think.  Don't really have that strong of an opinion...
