RE:RE:RE:Any Government Grants Incoming Before Financials Release?DrJayser,
Yes. I wouldn't doubt that incoming "firm orders" from top tier clients having been assured would be just some of the information conveyed for RBC representatives before they arrived at their decision to immediately consummate the deal with NanoXplore supporting the provisioning of that $60 Million credit facility.
I am going to hazard a guess here (lol) and suggest that RBC representatives had also been provided, by or on behalf of representatives of a certain Government of Canada funded entity, the perhaps guarantee of $80 Million worth of capital grants being made to flow into NanoXplore as scheduled.
Also, it could very well be that NanoXplore simply provided RBC representatives with a look at the authorized "initial terms of agreement" relating documents, i.e. preliminary documents which have a globally recognizable battery cells manufacturer initially offering to develop a joint partnership agreement relating to the very intended commercialization efforts suppporting that NanoXplore proprietary SiGTM anode additive material.
By the way, I wouldn't normally expect any tangible deliverables kind, quality and quantity of NanoXplore and/or VoltaXplore news being publicly disseminated the week before, during a Friday after market close, or just days before NanoXplore quarterly financials are publicly disseminated next week.
