My Final Take on MPCT

My Final Take on MPCTAs they selloff commercial properties and focus on multifamily assets, the best option for MPCT is to merge with DRM. MPCT and DRM have same CEO and CFO and are joint partners is atleast 90% of projects. The current tiny market cap of MPCT makes it not feasible to continue as a seperate public entity as it makes no sense considering the huge overhead cost. IMichael Cooper should dissolve this trust and merge it with DRM or just liquidate all the assets and return net capital back to shareholders.
