Based on comparable Q1 reports YGR should double in share price. 

Look at BTE. 9x the share price to Q1 FFO. Debt at 1.5x FFO.

YGR 5x the share price to Q1 FFO. Debt at 1.1x FFO. 

Need more fools to jump into the value trap..
