Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

That could very well happen, but considering most of the cheerleaders are deep in the red, they will probably feel the need to hold out of sheer hopium. Besides, the trading volume is so light, if any real investor wanted out, there probably wouldn't be enough buyers to cover the selling.
Bottom line? Nothing for the longs to do but pray, while the smart investors stepped aside.
