RE:RE:RE:Conclusion Findings on initial proceedings of the AMF TrialWasitreallyok,
Unfortunately No.
Yes, I do follow via Zoom and attend in person hearings, except for May 8th hearing my being under the weather. Missed Mr. Pascali and Me Elizabeth Guilbeault (AMF investigator) testimony.
It was mentioned to me by Osler legal counsel at the May 9th TMF hearing. I then requested the TMF decision and provided it to shareholders through SH and CEO dot ca.
I had viewed the TMF website and the decision wasn't listed. Furthermore, I had e-mailed the TMF on April 4th re average time for decisions to be rendered they replied indicating each file is different, have 6-mths to render the same. Decision was not available at the TMF website. I thought it was not yet rendered. Obviously incorrect.
TMF decision 2023-021-001 was made available at canlii.org on Feb. 7, 2024.
Question ought to be why weren't shareholders informed by our company? Perhaps it could have been content provided through shareholder mailings?
Afterall, the decision was a positive for Mr. Pascali, Curleigh and Pyro.
Good luck to All!
