Please explain to us the relevance of your findings about the special committee...

I would not be surprised that it will be mentioned in the information circular... just like the any board committee, you know the audit committee, the remuneration committee... etc... Board can create as many committees as they want...

Nothing special about that.

For me, this follows your pattern to look for none event, and make them into something else.
