I just saw this comment as I was composing my last message. More details were provided.
As I indicated in my previous response, I unfortunately missed Mr. Pascali and Me Elizabeth Guilbeault (AMF investigator) testimony.
The current decision under deliberation will either maintain Osler representation or Pyro seeks new counsel.
The next and most important phase is the hearing (s) on the merits.

Timing of a decision will largely depend on the number of disputed facts, and how witnesses did under cross. Did they give contridicting answers under cross, compared to answers given under direct. This goes for both sides. If the investigator's testimony under cross went against what they reported in their investigative report then their credibility may come into question. Would have been interesting to follow, but unfortunately I was not able to tune in on zoom or attend any hearings in person.
