Just Received my Proxy Vote Materials

I voted "Withheld" or No to all their recommendations except the appointment of Auditors.

I voted this way because of the horrible performance of the management.

Best option now going forward is to Wind Downs MPCT and seek buyers for all its assets and retrun net capital to shareholders.
