Demand Letter sent to BTB Trustees

Demand Letter sent to BTB TrusteesI sent today a Demand Letter to all BTB Trustees.

Among others, the letter requests

1-
Inclusion of the proposals received by trustee Lucie Ducharme on February 28, 2024 in the agenda of the next BTB AGM scheduled for June 20th, 2024.

2-
Access to the minutes of the board's meetings, notably those of the Governance and HR committee, Ducharme has been presiding over since 2016.

The letter also highlights the articles of the laws and contracts the trustees would breach or trigger if they continue to behave as they have so far.

One last attempt before the MIC comes out... I hope Stikeman's fees are not being paid by all of us, but by the trustees themselves via their insurance, etc. otherwise it would really add insult to injury
