I did participate to the Private placement too beacause it's absolutely clear for me Abcourt won't find financing SG Production otherway at reasonable conditions.
I can't imagine historic share holders having absolutely no small extra money to maintain their position at such a low price.
What I can understand from the posts I read in this bullboard is that shareholders lack confidence in Abcourt's chances of succeeding in its bet.
However, for people who, like me, have been in business for a long time, it is clear that, slowly but surely, Pascal is paving his way towards the goal.
If Mr Mestrallet, Fernand, me and many others did not support this effort with regular contributions of cash, this steep and difficult path would be impossible to climb.
Let's be clear! There are a lot of people who are interested in Abcourt.
Starting with his competitors who are salivating at the idea that Abcourt could fail so close to the goal to pull the chestnuts out of the fire themselves and cash in the fruits of his efforts for a pittance.
Do we, who have for years invested our money in Abcourt and have shown the greatest patience, want to abandon the fruit of our self-sacrifice to sharks for fear of giving the last push that will allow Abcourt to finally get out water head and repay us all our efforts a hundredfold?
Not me anyway!
In this case, let's stop lamenting and talking about what should have been done and focus on what will have to be done.
