Appreciate all the comments - but one thing which has been mentioned which I don't see is the confirmation of the exact amount of the RoC.

Perhaps I have just missed the relevant paragraphs, but all I see is "up to" $0.76/share. I still anticipate close to, if not, the full amount, but just wanted to clarify what information exactly has been put out there at this moment.
