Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

Hope this is simple enough @5ilver:

With almost half a million dollars worth of stock trading from bad hands to good hands so far today, we take away a big chunk (not sure how big just yet...) of shares that the disgruntled seller has been using to keep the share price down. Without volume they become unable to defend against the bids and so the share price climbs as a result.
