What is the Vanadium place in the market right now and how will Vanadium be part of the solution? I don't know its place but certainly, the attention is growing which means that the company that is able to extract electrolyte can become very attractive.

I observe a lot of the advancements of every step commited by the company and they on target each time. They are on schedule!!!! They said first production Q1-2024 and that's what happened. So they are in the driver's seat and seem advanced as promised.
So if this is the case, a sales contract is forthcoming. There is an unwritten rule about valuing a mining company. Due to the field to find, the difficulties of accessibility to certain sites, the delays in soil analysis and other related costs, the evaluation is based on a multiplication of x 10 of the income.
If so and just for the sake of discussion to speculate. If they announce a $10M contract, the company's valuation could be $100M minus the $45M in debt. With a market cap of $3M, this would mean an increase of 1800% potential, or a price of around $0.72.
Takeover is definitely a risk and a potential. The insiders will not let this happen at any cost. They will want to be compensated and investors will also be compensated in the same wave.
Will it happens? I have no crystal ball but I definitely hope so.
