Nevada Copper Corp is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation, and exploration of its copper project (the Project) at its Pumpkin Hollow Property (the Property) in Western Nevada, United States of America. Its two fully permitted projects include the high-grade Underground Mine and processing facility, which is undergoing a restart of operations, and a large-scale open pit PFS stage project. majority holders  !  these are blind trust - local..  they wond they own the land NCI is plated on...

reading some side bars - there appear to B two Majors and a Third..

again - lorich is the major stock holder @ 80%.  i suspect the trust go bak to comstock and the 1850's and the Inyo Miners - had a smelter in fallon etc...

otw - i don't think vlad is going for  a triple cross on the remaining shareholders - there is not enuff in it  short term v/s planned mine ventures..
