RE:Just to clarify….To Clarify, I am a large holder of Longs on AMK so this is not a bash, but this statement I find awfully misleading. "Dilution doesn't reduce the value of a company and if the dilution produces high grade ounces in the ground that look like VOK then who gives a flying F." 

Rather simple answer if you are a TUD shareholder. When you are borrowing money at multiple times lower than you aught to be to finance drilling the net effect is you are getting far less bang for your dollar, thus diluting the eventual payout on a buyout. Of course it has an effect. For AMK and TUO not so much but TUD you bet your bottom dollar dilution hurts the bottom line. Tell me what am I missing if this isn't black and white.
