As far as I know, 25 years worth of pyros patents aren't shown on the balance sheet, neither their true or intrinsic value. So while the balance sheet may show negative shareholder equity, the fact is the most valuable assets are not taken into consideration on that balance sheet.
Don't be tricked.

Well, my reply to that is they have ABSOLUTELY no clue on how much money Peter has, or how much money is in the Mellon trust to defend or support anything. And as we know the trust and Peter are always there when the company needs it.
