RE:Nice to seeExcellent comment the whole sector is surfing on a positive attraction probably from institutions which are buying at low stock price after suffering the last two years with rapid interest rate increase.

we have not yet turned the corner but we should go up by waves and this should be a pleasant run for the bagholders.

the bonus is to take the monthly dividend and see the stock price increase on top.
