RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Just to clarify….fortunately for TUO and AMK, TUD is REQUIRED to take the plunge!!!

My point being you cant ignore the funding requirement on TUD, and benefit to TUO/AMK

Walter, bless his soul, basically got 60% of TC by agreeing to fund it to production decision.  He put up very little money for that.  While he has been diluted down to 20 something percent, it was still a great deal for him.  He put up closet to $0 per share and used OPM to move TC along.   And he doesnt have the benefit of being able to swap out his shares for TUO/AMK like you guys do for obvious reasons.

It was a great deal for walter.  He'll  probably end up owning 10 to 15% by time production decision is made.  A great return for an effective cost of investment of no more than a few million

But for everyone else, you paid for you shares.  you can avoid dilution by owning TUO or amk.........................to ignore and/or deny that is just silly............silly, silly
