At what point are we going to look at leadership overhaul?It's time for a change at the top. I've been one of this company's most patient holders and am still long. However, it's time to have a long good look in the mirror and admit that Crawford and company are not earning their obscene compensation packages given their complete and utter lack of performance since Great Elm. Many companies would have shown these incompetent Execs the door by now. If they're around next March let's all ensure to vote down the comp packages. They need to earn it first!
