RE:RE:Hope facility That price got me a bit mad, sorry for the language. I think he sets the bar low because he does think he can sell the facility. He might list it publicly later after trying to sell it for what it is on the private market. If the land is not parcelled, 750k feels like a facility sale with only the land value, thus make me think of demolition.
