i-80 Gold Corp. is a mining company. The Company is a gold and silver producer engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold, silver mineral and poly-metallic deposits. Its operations include Lone Tree, Ruby Hill, Granite Creek and McCoy-Cove. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Lone Tree and Buffalo Mountain gold deposits and Lone Tree processing complex (collectively, the Lone Tree Project). The total land package of the Lone Tree property consists of approximately 12,000 acres. The Ruby Hill Project is an advanced-stage development project with residual heap leach production, located within the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend. It owns a 100% interest in the Granite Creek gold project located at the intersection of the Getchell gold belt and the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Humboldt County, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in the McCoy-Cove project. It holds a 100% interest in the FAD project located along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Eureka County, Nevada.

Granite Creek: Drifted over 3000 feet in to the south pacific zone and have created 6 stopes to begin mining. They will be doing some testing but the quality of the ore is going to be impressive.

Ruby Hill: They have already started drifting toward the blackjack deposit. Turn left its gold and silver, turn right its base metals.

Macoy cove: Drilling continues with spectacular results in the helen zone which is the zone close to the portal. Possibly 12 to 18 months to begin raising that rich ore to surface.

The autoclave at lonetree: How long will it take to get it processing. How much will it cost? Maybe the rest of the refurbishment could be done on going.

Joint Venture: The phantom company got a 2 month extension to allow for more due diligence. Takes us to mid July. Remember they are paying for the drilling costs. Mr Downie has previous experiance dealing with joint ventures and partnerships and should serve us well.
