I MEANT TO SAY , MY TRUST IN THIS BEHAVIOUR HAS CHANGED.  SOMTHING IS QUESTIONABLE HERE.. 

Humanist wrote: now i feel differently after osc issued it due to them failing to file. why have they failed they had enough  time unless somthing is fishy..l my trust in this behaviour has changed. I hope biov can clear this up and give us a definite date. if thye don't we'rein trouble . i really trusted the company before..
