Red Flag - False / Misleading Statements on Social Media Pump and dump (P&D) is a form of securities fraud that involves artificially inflating the price of an owned stock through false and misleading positive statements (pump), in order to sell the cheaply purchased stock at a higher price (dump).
Examples of factually false and misleading statements about this company posted by users on Twitter and here:
1.) Warren Buffet is interested in SPAI (N.B. Warren Buffet would never touch penny stocks and whenever he is quoted or brought up it's a sure sign of someone trying to offload bags).
2.) That a drone with this chip would be invisible to radar. False. Not how radar works and it would still be observable via AI camera systems trained to track drones, microphones monitoring for drone noises and the good old eyeball.
3.) Anoosh had a 400$ million exit. Completely false, Anoosh has not sold any company for 400$ million or anywhere near that amount nor has Anoosh made this claim anywhere. This was completely made up by one user here.
