RE:MEEI Minister Young re: TXP's Value Proposition to T&T GasStanley:
Are these observations within the rhelm of reality?
There are substantial reserves available for recovery. The challenge is determining the effective way to recover the petroleum.
If funds were unlimited we could drill several wells and experiment with different well enhancements to optomize production. But since funds are limited we have to learn as we go.
I am assuming that the well engineers were aware of the difficulties before spudding Coho and Cascadura wells. So completion of the new wells will be affected by what has been learned from the first wells.
And from what I have learnd about Trinadad, Evey field is different even if targeting the same formations, in neighboring fields.
On the positive side, the petroleum is there, it can be recovered, it may take longer than I like.
Thank you for all your insight.
