Scary thoughts, my feelings, not being published, in case someone says it's made up, it is

1) any good news from now on, could be paired with new finances

2) The CFO actually thought raises at lower price could be a good thing for the company to attract institutional investors

3) lower price means they could buy or given cheaper options

Now that they have new insiders and institutions, how this policy going to play out?!
