The exchange ratio is 54 so the math is pretty simple take the Alamos price and divide b 54 ( if 23$ then your getting.4259 cents for every Argo share you own ) plus whatever you value SpinCo at ( not going to get into that discussion again) 

so if you sell your shares at .44 your essentially valueating your he spice at .015 

 

correction to the last sentence 

so if you sell at the closing price of .47 you are saying spinco is worth .045 a share (.425+.045 =.47)

if you value spinco at 0.00 then Alamos would have to trade at $25.38 to get .47 for your share
