We will be saving some more cash by not paying Ted but it looks like Larry is getting 3M options. Is this in addition to his salary? What is his salary if not. and when does this change become effective?  

Larry on the marketing side, Shreyas and Paul on the operations/beverage side of things and Ellison sitting home doing nothing. Lol 

Unfortunately I have no idea how this plays out with Larry but I'm glad Mr Ted/consultant/407k/CEO is stepping g down. He's a good man who is a hard worker but a change was needed and hopefully Larry who obviously was approved by the entire BOD is our answer.
