Tim estimated back in 2020 or whenever the Exploitation phase was getting going, that Step 3 would be 2.5M euros to complete. Let's call that a good $5M Canadian.  Maybe it's not so bad, but it clearly is the most expensive step to work through.
Of course $3M is peanuts if the share price gets to where it deserves to be after Step 2 completion, but we can't bank on that.  Our share price is too volatile with so many warrants outstanding.
I think, L and L, if we get the share price up over .20 for a sustained period, they should be able to finance through warrants and tackle the big wish list.
But like you've said, Jarandol should just be part of a nice package to sell all together.
Also, offer us .50/share and you can have all my shares. That's a heck of a deal for a project that should spew cash in a few short years.
