RE:Pathetic here ecolo101,
You are correct about the potential supporting Graphite One Inc.
A 100% move uoward is being fashioned for the Graphite One Inc share price.
NGC.V shareholders could consider, if they wish, seeking to ride Graphite One Inc for that 100% share price move; doing so in order to seek to offset the negative impact to their respective investments portfolio value, as incurred due to immense paper loses having been experienced here with NGC.V.
Also, at this juncture, a much better prospect than Northern Graphite Corporation is in fact that "would be" 45,000 tpa SPCG anode material process manufacturer and integrated graphite miner name Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc.
Eric Desaulniers, Arne Frandsen and the other NMG stakeholders over at Panasonic, Mitsui, GM and Palinghurst Group are jointly possessing "equity control" of that particular Canadian/NorthAmerican graphite and graphite anode materials Champion, Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc.
Keep in mind that NGC already has the "FIRE SALE" sign erected, see the $100 Million base shelf prospectus and the soon to be filed and facilitating supplement to the final base shelf prospectus.
"Sprott" likely already has a buyer for the Lac des Illes graphite processing and upgrading facility and the remaining assets.
Perhaps Graphano Energy Ltd stakeholders can join forces with "Sprott" and take up a 51% controlling equity stakehold of NGC; as would be facilitated by the coming filing of the supplement to the final base shelf prospectus, perhaps at a necessarily 50% discounted to book value per share price of $0.09.
