RE:The real question is What happens? Gold/Silver will back a crytpo-like currency which will be the backbone of the new monetary system. I am hearing the crypto will be XRP Ripple. That being said, I do not hold any crypto nor do I promote any crypto, I merely look at it as a vehicle for which future monetary transactions will occur similar to what we currently understand as currency.
Crypto provides the modern technological component, gold/silver provide the authenticity component. I came to this conclusion years ago and it is really quite simple if you think logically about it: both the gold and crypto camps loathe fiat, when fiat dies they will reign!
