The one 'sale' made as shown on Tilrays nonsense map was a small medical cannabis order shipped to a U.S. university for research. To suggest that one time, insignificant shipments to other countries supports Tilray's global cannabis status is a bit misleading to say the least.
Bigger news would be updates on Simple Simon's announced strategy 'we'll figure out a way' for actual entry into the U.S.
Rescheduling does not legalize cannabis - and there's no guarantee Tilray will even be allowed to acquire a U.S. MEO. But in a few years - if they do get access - what kind of bankrupt, failing MSO would they get?

US States with Legal Cannabis
Link provided shows status of cannabis in the US. Tilray's Homepage shows the locations where they are exporting their products, including the US
Exactly, and with the country's that have legalized the stuff instituing tougher and tougher GMP regulations (SeeAustralia) it will get harder for companies to keep their certification unless they spend the money to have acredited facilities!
There is only one FDA/DEA accredited company in North American the other is an English company that has the only Federally licensed Medical/Pharma product being sold now!
if anyone tells you anything else they are full of it
to get these acrditations can take years so all these pot companies better pitter pattter
