TVI Pacific Inc. is a Canadian resource company focused on mining projects in the Philippines. The Company holds a 30.66% interest in TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. (TVIRD). TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc. I agree on being a little more conservative with my calculations.  I think the the average P/E ratio of Philippine mining companies is 15.5.   With Villar being the second richest person in the Philippines, I think it will be higher when we finally list. Assuming p/e of15.5 from your calculations. 

$0.45/12x15.5= $0.58125

This is the price without taking into account the other properties like Mabilo, Mapawa and any other surprises TVI might throw into the mix. 

I am still waiting for Patrick's response to your email. It sounded like he might provide some positive feedback to us shareholders.
