You might want to (a) read the whole report on sedar (b) consider the conversion of a major loan to shares (as requested by the lender) (c) understand it's an early stage pharma company which in the words of one of the researchers involved is involved in "research that punches way above their weight" and (d) alternative sources of funding to the researchers, including the following:

* 2021 $249,000 grant for the end of life cancer trials - 42 months

* June 2022 $1.4+ million grant for microdosing LSD and depression - 36 months

* May 2024 $264,233 grant for microdosing LSD and PMS pain/depression - 24 months

P.S. You might also want to look up the agreement between MBIO and the University of Auckland.
