RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another emailMoe

You are soo off on your reply its not even close to being relevant.

1 - A publicly traded company will be exposed to the above as you described it ( even if I disagree with your description of what i did which was ask simple relevant questions.)  Imagine if all companies who are asked ( When is revenue coming ) stopped answering investors because their feelings were hurt. Obviously none of them would answer . Yet they all do and I can assure you it not normal for NXO to be silent like this.

2-  I Did not poison the well as you said. The company failed by their own lack of success. Had I never posted 1 single post the company would be in exactly in the same situation as they are in now. You can not blame me for thier situation.

3- What nightmareish attacks ? The ones that describe - No Sales - no Revenue - no capital to keep operating- Low probabilities of being able to raise future capital seeing as the company as never delivered in the Past. ? What is a nightmareish attack about that ? Its reality. Facts .

4- Im sorry I dont see comparison of Public bussinesses banning individuals from their facilities with NXO refusing to answer very simple questions by email to thier owners. Remember ? Shareholders are Owners of the company in case you may have forgotten. The company does owe shareholders a fiduciary conduct in case you forgot. So no ... The company can not just decided to stop answering all emails because I have Asked : Dear NXO, Is there a reason we still have no sales after Years and years of being told we are close to sales ?  There are no vulgarities , no insults no threats . Just a simple question !

Again you are justifying NXO's unacceptable behavior on Shareholders. You have no basis to do this. Nxo is 100% at fault and thier lack of respect for shareholders who are down 90-99% for the most part is downright discusting.

This is why they will not be able to raise any further PP $ ( in my opinion ,)  Any perspective investors will see the lack or respect to shareholders and run away from this company.
