Every day the crooks manipulate this one ..cibc ..questrade annonymous ...keeping a lid on it ...the bid and ask are always ..as on the close $.20 cents ...lol ...that's the game here ...all other oil stock bid and ask are seldom a penny apart ...not frontera always 10 to 20 cents that ts to keep you from buying and selling ...lol
