When you look at the shares, RSUs, options, etc that these guys get as bonuses and the amount of money it equates to it really is insane.  Man if only only knew what I know now I'd have went to school to be a company Executive.  It's not just Victoria, it's all companies.  These guys make more in salary and bonuses in 3 years than I made in salary workiing for an entire 40 years.

True. This is the public corporation. A parade of pompous aholes who take the liberty of lining thier pockets as best they can. I've worked for public and for private companies. No comparison.
I like fortuna silver for this reason. Mr Ganoza the founder and CEO doesn't fool around. Only about 25% of executive pay is a given. The remaining 75% or so is only paid to them if the company meets its short and long term objectives... not stock price objectives but actual business objectives.

Too bad we can't invest in private companies because OWNERS usually run a tight ship. Fewer bankruptcies and more profit.

But profits will be ours even in public companies if the gold price is sustainable at this level or higher. Let them be as corrupt as they want...not referring to Victoria by the way...  ..but to those companies out there run by people who don't care at all about retail shareholders. (Lost a boatload on Argonaut and others)

I made lots of money on Victoria when they poured first gold....and sold soon after $20 a share....lucky me. I suspect they can get there again so I'm back in.
