RE:Don’t worry folks, he’s on it
Harley103,
It's a virtual AGM primarily because Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq et al, collectively "The Missionaries On Assignment", want to be able to leave the coming AGM without taking a couple of specific things with them. One of such things would be the memory of the feeling they'd feel when NGC "minority" shareholders lay into "The Missionaries On Assignment" with unscripted and comprehensive questions, the answers to which would prove for all just what Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes ET AL have been up to all along.
Any officers and directors representing any company and whom are still choosing to keep holding "virtual" Annual General and even Special Meeting of Shareholders are running scared because of the specific actions and/or inactions wholly attributable to such would be considered to be, in my opinion, delinquent officers and directors.
You also stated "To bad the Canadian government who has been inviting NGC to fly around the world to talk about Canadian critical minerals hasn't granted one single doller to NGC. I wonder why. "
The Canadian Federal Government hasn't provided NGC once single dollar in grant monies, loans, etc., due to the fact being that NGC has a so called "corner stone asset", Lac des Illes, which is closest to the very end of it's historical graphite reserve.
The Canadian Government representatives know that it would take a shipload of additional capital just to adequately prove up some preliminary mineral estimate related to a supposed new graphite find within the very last pit being sometimes mined at LDI.
Sheesh! Did they even recommence mining at LDI after having halted graphite mining there more than three quarters ago?
The Government of Canada (Wilkinson) tossed Hugues Jacquemin a bone when he allowed Hugues Jacquemin to accompany what was called Wilkinson's team Canada of mining undustry executives to France and the UK during a work vacation. Wilkinson spent Government of Canada monies, expensing this that and the other thing; whilst Hugues Jacquemin likely had all his work vacation costs paid for by NGC shareholders.
NOTE: The Government of Canada and the government of Quebec representatives already picked their agreed upon intergrated Canadian graphite mining champion, Nouveau Monde Graphite.
FYI: Nouveau Monde Graphite is once again only at the very beginning of yet another run upward of the NOU.V share price, CAD$2.83 to a close of $3.11 yesterday alone. I am expecting at least another 50% increase of the NOU.V share price from it's recent CAD$2.65 intraday low; that's $3.975 near term.
Get those NOU.V shares while they are cheap.
Our money placed here with NGC is clearly dead money.
Savvy?
