ManagementManagement determines the outcome of Poet, esp for share holders.
Obviously there is a lot of Tech skills in the management. And yes, you can argue they need to get rewarded. No issue there.
The problem with Poet is the management is asked to run a stock company. The management is unqualified to run a market listed company. They are just clueless. They don't even seem to know they are clueless. The ONLY WAY to get management a paycheque is by replacing the Chairman and CEO with people that know how to make money, how to jack up the share price. The ONLY WAY to get paid is to make place for a competent crew. The current CEO can run the Tech.
