that's what I would have thought, yet we have 100,000 on the ask under market price again to start the day...

I was wondering about this also. If this was arranged between Dundee and Almonty's existing shareholders, it might not explain all of the current selling. It wouldn't make sense that LB is referring to Dundee.

From the IIF:

“Yes our share price is extremely disappointing, as a major shareholder I’m very disappointed with what I’m seeing but I’m also aware of what’s going on and if that person is watching, you can’t stop a rising tide so you can carry this on as long as you think you can but our liquidity is incredibly good for a junior and at some point its not gonna work.  I am a great believer in the truth will set you free and our progress will dwarf any shenanigans that certain individuals think they can carry on right now”

Its because 2 things can be true at the same time ie we've been chewing through the Dundee debenture and a European based seller. . .

Remember that the reason we believe there to be a European seller is because the company stated so in a press release dated September 21, 2022:

As for the recent stock activity, I want assure all shareholders that the Company is on track, and we will make the third utilisation request shortly to KFW. We are aware of some unusually aggressive selling from a European based individual/group who is not part of our core group.

This is supported by what Chizzles quoted above by LB at the last IIF and by the fact that velocity is still with us on the ask.

The Dundee shares that have been going through since January are part of a Debenture that goes all the way back to when Almonty bought the company in 2015.  It is NOT the rogue seller that LB addresses directly at the last IIF. . .
