RE:lots of Insiders own just under 20%, thanks to the generous share based compensation plan, the only way they can buy or sell is through the pre-arranged trading plan, the name of this regulatory filing, can't recall R.N...open market trading would be insider trading...they know who their pharmaceutical partners are and the drugs and indications pending approvals, public only knows new drug applications submitted, ANDA, and approvals for IND's, trials ongoing...so no question insiders have significant insider info...
