RE:Path forward

RE:Path forwardAs I've said recently, I do like the KWG deal; for several reasons.

-- FNC is quietly accumulating KWG shares through interest payments
-- at some point, KWG will need to satisfy the $34.5 million loan in shares
-- It's likely KWG will need to extent the loan agreement on terms favorable to FNC; perhaps FNC uses their leverage and negociates a deal for the Magpie special shares??
-- at any time that a suiter makes a move for KWG, FNC will realize the full value of the $34.5 loan plus interst plus warrants
  - given the current market cap is less than the value of the CIA shares, and realized value in the 10's of millions for KWG shares will move FNC's stock price materially.
