NGC.V vs. Lomiko Metals Inc.

NGC.V vs. Lomiko Metals Inc.Obviously both the Canadian Government and the U.S. Government didn't want to believe in the bullpucky which Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Guillaume Jacq ET AL were trying to sell.
Clearly newer Canadian graphite bearing lands development projects, as opposed to the Lac des Illes nearest to end of useful mine life project, are preferred by both the U.S and Canadian governments.

Hmm? I guess that retired Major General, Albert C. Zapanta, simply couldn't be adequately motivated by and on behalf of "the company" (exactly how many lowest priced NGC.V shares for the cause are needed) in order to get the job done for NGC.
Not to worry Major General Albert C. Zapanta.
NGC has that soon to be filed supplement to the final $100 Million base shelf prospectus coming.
Who knows? Perhaps you'll be able to arrange for a prerequisite tranche of those to be offered  and immensely discounted (likely 50% discounted) NGC share units and attached warrants to go to certain "assigned intermediaries". At that juncture, perhaps certain U.S. Government and Canadian Government capital grants funding doors would be allowed to be opened for you as you act on behalf of NGC interests?
