Canariaco comprises about 97 square kilometers of highly prospective land located about 102 kilometers (km) northeast of the City of Chiclayo, Peru, which includes the advanced stage Canariaco Norte deposit, Canariaco Sur deposit and Quebrada Verde prospect, all within a four km NE-SW trend in northern Peru’s mining district. $2.50 CDN is only $225 million and is only 1.5 cents per pound of copper and is way too low to even think about entertaining. 

Now, if it's $2.50 USD converted to Canadian which would be about $3.40 or $306 million or 2 cents per pound of copper, then that would be a good place to START the negotiations. AND the negotiations would need to go higher or it will be rejected like Anglo is rejecting BHP.... too low is a no go!!

Alta Copper is worth at least $600 million and I'm in favor of $800 million. 

$800 million = SOLD!
