It totally blows my mind that retail is sold $20 million and DAK Capital gets $10 million in their private placement. A 2 to 1 ratio is not proportional with current shareholdings.
How about participation for DAK to maintain their current holdings?
Still here for the growth, recent Raymond James report says aiming for 20% of gas detection market up from 3% at moment , but you've got a point about management may be not aligned with shareholders.
